Text Box: CommTech Systems Inc. System Engineering and Electrical Services. We provide System Engineering Services, by providing requirements definition, testing, and system design. We also provide SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) engineering for the collection of RFID data, and for the tracking and monitoring traffic for Caltrans. In addition to tracking and monitoring shipping containers and other kinds of conveyances. Our customers include Caltrans, and the US Navy SPAWAR (Space and Warfare Command) Pacific, and DHS (the Department of Homeland Security). We also provide Systems Engineering Services and real time communications, to the California State Department of Forestry and CAL FIRE. We provide Incident Command System (ICS) training. These are the tools and procedures that provide the Incident Commanders the ability to monitor events, and to allocate resources; in order to mitigate the effects of natural and man-made disasters. In addition we provide Mobile Medical Clinics for use in remote environments. We provide the Telemedicine communications that connects these systems to hospitals; and to the health care network. These state of the art, mobile clinics provide diagnostic health care, routine medical services, and emergency medical services. We also provide Systems Engineering Services and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) to the California State Department of Transportation (CALTRANS). We work with CALTRANS engineers to automate their traffic data collection systems. We provide wireless addressable IP networks, that allow traffic data to be collected, and to automatically update and populate traffic management systems. In terms of Electrical Services we provide Licensed Electricians for SCADA applications in AMR (Automated Meter Reading). As well as providing licensed electricians for wiring, and the installation of high voltage electrical systems.
